8th-grade going into 9th-grade
Read at least one fiction or nonfiction book that interests you! It can be anything you wish, but it has to be something you haven't read and challenging, The most important part is to READ! You must also answer the reflection questions on Mrs. Rinella's document below.
Note: the instructions say to choose a book from the online lists on Destiny. To access these lists, you must click on Public Lists. You may also find other titles that interest you using online resources under the Resources tab on this site or on other book recommendation sites.
9th-grade going into 10th-grade
Read a fiction or nonfiction book by an author who is not from the United States. You must also keep a dialectical journal as you read the book. See the documents below for more information.
